Snapito Rental Booking Process

1. Choose Your Dates

Decide the dates for which you require the equipment.

2. Choose Your Gear or Equipment

Select the gear or equipment you want to rent based on your requirements.

3. Check Availability

Contact Snapito Rental on +91-9925376602 or email at snapitorentals@gmail.com to confirm the availability of the selected equipment for your desired dates.

4. Fill the Registration Form

Complete the online registration form: https://forms.gle/Hz3N7mrPk4jU5dkYA.

Ensure all the required information is provided accurately.

5. Agree to Rules and Regulations

Review Snapito Rental’s terms and conditions.

Reply with "Agree" to confirm acceptance of the rules.

6. Make Advance Payment

Pay the required advance amount through Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, or NEFT to finalize your booking.

Note: No advance means no booking.

7. Wait for Confirmation

Wait for a confirmation message or email from Snapito Rental.

Once you receive the confirmation, your booking is finalized.

8. Pick-Up Process

Show your original ID proof while picking up the equipment to confirm your identity.

If a third person is picking up the equipment, please ensure they bring their original ID proof too.

Come 15 minutes early to pick up the equipment, as the handing-over process takes time.

Call before leaving your home to pick up the equipment so that your order is ready for collection.

Check the bill to ensure all items and prices are mentioned properly and match your booking.

Sign the agreement and bill to complete the formalities.

9. Return Process

Come 15 minutes early while returning the equipment, as the checking process takes time.

Call before coming to return the equipment so that we are prepared for the handover.
