Snapito Rental Cancellation Policy
At Snapito Rental, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the preparations involved in fulfilling your order.
1. Refund Policy:
Cancellation Before 7 Days of Booking Date: A full refund will be provided, excluding a 10% processing fee.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Booking Date: 50% of the total order amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking Date: No refund will be provided as the equipment and services would already be reserved for you.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits:
If any advance payments were made specifically for customized items or third-party services, these are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation period.
3. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
