📜 LED Rental – Terms & Conditions
1. Stage Setup
The client must provide a ready stage as per LED requirements (height, location, size, and structure) at the scheduled time and date.
If the stage is not ready on time and this causes any delay in LED setup, the client will be solely responsible for the delay in LED readiness.
2. LED Position & Direction
Once the LED is installed at the client’s preferred location and direction, no changes will be made under any condition.
3. Power Supply
The client must provide a stable power supply with a proper switchboard at two points:
1. Near the stage
2. Near the LED console/control
Any delay due to power issues will not be our responsibility.
4. Display Content
The LED screen is for graphics, photos, and videos only.
Services such as wireless live camera display, multi-camera switching, and video mixing will be charged extra.
5. LED Installation on Upper Floors
If LED is to be installed above ground level, the client must arrange lift access and get prior permissions.
Our team will not carry LED equipment via staircase under any circumstances due to the heavy weight.
6. Transportation by Client
If the client provides transportation for LED setup and return, they are responsible for ensuring transport arrives on time.
Delays due to traffic, late drivers, or transport issues will be the client's responsibility.
7. Function/Event-Specific Guidance
For conferences, presentations, or functions involving PPTs, music, or video sequences, the client must:
Sit with the LED operator, or
Appoint someone to guide playback, or
Operate the system themselves (with prior approval).
8. Outdoor Installations
If LED is placed outdoors, the client must arrange adequate shade or covering in case of:
Rain, fog, or extreme sunlight, which can affect visibility and equipment.
Providing protection in outdoor conditions is entirely the client’s responsibility.
9. Timing
Default LED operating time is until 12:00 AM (midnight), unless otherwise stated in writing.
10. Stage & Table Arrangement
We do not provide or adjust LED stage tables.
Stage setup is the responsibility of the Mandal or event organizer.
Please ensure correct stage size, direction, height, and stability before LED installation.
11. Payment Terms
50% advance is required at the time of booking.
Remaining 50% must be paid as per the agreed timeline.
No advance = No booking confirmation.
12. Media & Connectivity Check
The client must verify all content (photos, videos, presentations) and test connections at least 1 hour before the event.
We are not responsible for delays due to last-minute changes or technical issues.
13. Cancellation Policy
100% charge will apply if the event is cancelled after our team reaches the location, regardless of the reason.
100% of the total booking amount will be charged if the event is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
50% charge will apply if the event is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance
